We're back!!! J-Con 2023 is confirmed.
It's been a long 4 years, but here we are! New look, new style, upgraded venue. This year we're wanting to do our bit for the cost of living crisis and have lowered our prices massively. When it comes down it, J-Con is about having fun and having a day out with your friends and family. ^_^
VENDORS MAY PURCHASE UP TO FOUR TABLES ONLY (PLUS EQUAL NUMBERS OF BACKING TABLES). PLEASE DO NOT SELECT MORE THAN 4 AT CHECKOUT.
Vendor tables will all be 6x2 foot wide tables. The prices is £90 plus VAT.
If you are an Artist, we no longer do Artist-only tables. However, we don't mind sharing a 6 foot table with another artist (i.e. Split the cost). If you do this, please write the second artist's name in the 'note' box.
All single table purchases include 2 passes. One for the trader and one for a helper. If you purchase 2 tables, you get 3 passes. If you buy 3 or 4 tables, you get 4 passes.
We also offer backing tables to double your trading space at £20 each. We highly recommend these to make the most of your trading space. (Note, please buy 1 backing table per table you buy fi you want them).
Power is available to every trader as needed, however please bring your own cables as power access is at varying points around the room. There is free WIFI at the venue.
Please select your main line of merchandise so we can place you appropriately. We try our hardest to make trading conditions easy for everyone.

NO MERCHANDISE TRADER IS PERMITTED TO SELL ANYTHING AT J-CON OTHER THAN LICENSED MERCHANDISE. IF YOU ARE FOUND TO SELL FAKE MERCHANDISE, YOU WILL BE REMOVED FROM THE EVENT.
We also cannot accept sellers of the following products:

Cooked/Cooking Food & Drink

All traders are expected to have their own public liability insurance and any PAT approved certification for anything that requires plugs.
